Our Savior Lutheran Academy is Hiring! We are looking for wonderful people to help us fill these important positions so that we can continue to serve our students and share the love of Christ with them and their families. No experience required; we will show you what to do! Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a heart for Jesus. Starting pay rates range from $16.50-$18 per hour.
OSLA has full & part time positions available! We are also looking for help with our After Care program (3pm-6pm Monday-Friday). This is a perfect position for college students with limited availability, retirees who would like to help but don’t want to commit to full-time hours, or anyone looking for a little extra spending money and a great way to be a part of this ministry!

About Our Savior
Our Savior provides an extraordinary early childhood educational experience starting with our Infant program (starting in August 2019) thru Pre-K with an unparalleled Christian foundation. With Christ is at the core of all we do, our teachers unveil the strengths and needs of each student by tapping into their various learning styles. Our students are equipped with a strong educational foundation and are taught Christian fundamentals, all of which prepare them to succeed in the classroom and in life.

Our Savior Lutheran Academy exists to provide Christ-centered environment, where we are integrating God’s Word, building meaningful relationships, discovering the students, and equipping them to be tomorrow’s servant leaders.
Experienced Faculty
OSLA’s faculty is both experienced and dedicated, bringing a combined average of 15 years of teaching experience to the classroom. Each teacher has a professional plan to focus on individual skill development as well as a personal dedication to continually strengthen the school’s overall academic program.
Campus Information
Our campus, located at 5110 Franklin Pike in Nashville, is complete with classrooms, library, gymnasium, music room, athletic field, playgrounds, and chapel. We have a faculty of dedicated Christian educators. We are focusing on the right things in Christian education – developing a safe, energetic, and quality environment where students and parents alike enjoy and grow from the educational experience.

Our Director
Background
Amy Waltz is the the Early Childhood Director at OSLA. She has worked in the education field for 17 years, and has been with OSLA for the last three. Not only does she show God’s love to every child, but Amy’s commitment to every detail in the Academy is unparalleled in the Nashville community.
Accreditations
Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with concentrations in Special Education and Social Sciences, from Radford University. Her love for the Lord and management skills through her working career has fully equipped her for this role. Amy takes great pride in forming relationships with our students, their families, and our staff.
