Our Savior Lutheran Academy is Hiring! We are looking for wonderful people to help us fill these important positions so that we can continue to serve our students and share the love of Christ with them and their families. No experience required; we will show you what to do! Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a heart for Jesus. Starting pay rates range from $16.50-$18 per hour.

OSLA has full & part time positions available! We are also looking for help with our After Care program (3pm-6pm Monday-Friday). This is a perfect position for college students with limited availability, retirees who would like to help but don’t want to commit to full-time hours, or anyone looking for a little extra spending money and a great way to be a part of this ministry!

Faculty & Staff

Our Savior Lutheran Academy Faculty is trained to care for your children in a loving, Christian manner, while providing the best educational environment possible. We actively seek staff that properly suited for OSLA.

Core Principles

All staff adhere to the following requirements:

  •  Enjoy working with children
  • Have a desire to minister to children, sharing with them the love of Jesus Christ, and modeling Christ-like behavior
  • Have a general knowledge of young children and their developmental stages
  • Understand the value of play in developing age-appropriate activities
  • Complete 18-22 hours of DHS approved training (workshops, in-service training, online training) per licensing year
  • Have a physical examination on file and have additional physicals when requested
  • Attend CPR/First Aid training every year (certified every other year)
  • Pass a criminal background check and FBI fingerprint check
  • Work cooperatively with staff and administrators of OSLA
