Admission Process


2016-2017 Admissions Checklist:

 

STEP 1:  OPEN HOUSE (or schedule a tour through the inquiry process)

         

                October 5th, 2016................Fall Open House, 9:00 – 11:00 AM


                November 2nd, 2016............Winter Open House, 9:00 – 11:00 AM


                January 11th, 2017..............Winter Open House, 9:00 – 11:00 AM


                March 15th, 2017................Spring Open House, 9:00 – 11:00 AM

 

STEP 2:  APPLICATION - Due February 1

  • NEW Student Applications are completed online and submitted with the application fee.

 

STEP 3:  New Student Shadow Day - Scheduled with the Admissions Director

  • Shadow Day (1 hour visit)
 

STEP 4:  ACCEPTANCE LETTERS SENT – March 1  

  • After the applicant’s file is reviewed by the Admissions Committee, an acceptance letter will be sent.

 

STEP 5:  CONTRACTS DUE – March 15

  • Contracts due ($100 non-refundable contract fee, applies to tuition)- New and returning students.
  • After March 15, contract fee $300 ( for returning students) ($100 is applied towards tuition)

 

STEP 6:  CONTRACT BINDING – April 1

Before your child's first day, we will need the following documents for your child's student file:



1. Completed online application.

2. A copy of your child's birth certificate.

3. Your child's most recent immunization record.

4. A completed Developmental Health History Form.

5. A signed copy of the parent form from OSLA's Family Handbook.
